Very Special & Rare Whiskey December
Don’t forget we have dubbed this month “Very Special & Rare Whiskey December” and we have a variety of rare and vintage whiskeys to help you celebrate the holidays. Nothing pairs better with an ugly sweater than a glass of rare whiskey so be sure to give one or more of these a try.
These whiskeys are rare, and we mean rare, so once they are gone they may be gone for good! (Most are tightly allocated for sale in NC so we can’t promise that we can replenish our stock once it has been enjoyed.)
Pappy Van Winkle 23 Year

Four Roses Limited Edition Small Batch Barrel Strength
A remarkably balanced barrel strength whiskey with aromas of allspice and vanilla bean with hints of apricot. Bright fruit on the palate particularly sweet cherry with light oak notes. Rich long finish with a little cinnamon spice.
George T Stagg
Uncut, unfiltered and intense. Toffee sweetness and dark chocolate and vanilla notes. Tobacco and coffee on the finish with dark berry and molasses.
Parker’s Heritage 11 Year Single Barrel Bourbon 122 proof
This year’s expression of Parker’s Heritage comes from the late Parker Beam’s ‘favorite rickhouse location,’ Deatsville. Deeply roasty, with lovely rich notes of char, roasted corn, citrus pith, sandalwood, toasted nuts, leather, and smoke. The finish is long and warming, with a nice raisin-like quality.
John E Fitzgerald Very Special Reserve
Comprised of 12 barrels of wheated Bourbon produced at the Stitzel-Weller Distillery, original home of Heaven Hill’s Old Fitzgerald and direct ancestor to the celebrated Larceny brand, this ultra-rare, highly allocated release offers both an extraordinary sensory experience and a glimpse at the DNA of Bourbon lore. Heaven Hill acquired the Old Fitzgerald line of wheated Bourbons—the flagship brand that legendary whiskey man Pappy Van Winkle produced at his original Stitzel-Weller Distillery in Shively, KY—in 1999, seven years after these barrels were filled and put up in the Stitzel-Weller rickhouses.
