We’re Upping The Ante this Year…
On New Year’s Eve, we had our favorite patisserie, lucettegrace, bring by some yummy treats and they went fast, so we have decided to bring them back for Valentine’s Day. We will have a macaroon tower out at 8 p.m. These treats are first come, first served, so plan to come early!
We look forward to celebrating with you. Please note that Dram & Draught is 21+ only. We appreciate in advance your adherence to this policy. Become a member instantly at https://www.dramanddraught.com/raleigh/.
About Videri Chocolate Factory
The founders of Videri fell backward into chocolate. Sam and Starr didn’t sit around as kids dreaming of becoming chocolate makers. They didn’t tell their teachers they wanted to be cacao-auteurs on career day. They didn’t major in confectionary science at college. They did what a lot of people do: worked a bunch of different jobs until they found one they loved. At Videri, they are living up to our name. They are doubling down on the tenets of realness-ism. They are making handcrafted bean-to-bar chocolate. They are staffed by undeniably good people. They are supporting cacao farmers who are committed to the highest quality beans and sustainable farming practices. Learn more at VideriChocolateFactory.com.
lucettegrace is a contemporary patisserie in the heart of Downtown Raleigh. The team behind lucettegrace is led by pastry chef/owner Daniel Benjamin. Born and raised in Valparaiso, Indiana; his route to Raleigh was not direct, but rather a journey of winding roads taking him from coast to coast and back again. Pursuing his craft like a quest, Benjamin went to work for some of the country’s best pastry chefs in NYC, Florida, San Francisco, Chicago, New Orleans, and Washington D.C. lucettegrace, named after Benjamin’s two daughters, is the next chapter for a pastry chef who has spent the last 15 years in some of the finest kitchens across America. With roots firmly planted in the City of Oaks, Daniel Benjamin creates a style of pastry built on tradition, but uniquely realized for Raleigh today. Learn more at lucettegrace.com.
