Privacy policy

The short version: we collect what we need to host you well, we don’t sell it, and you can opt out of marketing any time. Last updated: June 9, 2026.

Information you give us

When you submit a private-event inquiry, contact form, or newsletter signup, we collect what you type in: your name, email address, phone number, and the details of your request (event date, guest count, budget range, messages). If you email us at cheers@dramanddraught.com, we keep that correspondence so we can pick up the conversation where it left off.

Hosting you, mostly

We use your information to respond to inquiries, plan and run your event, send proposals and agreements, process payments, and follow up afterward. If you’ve opted into our newsletter or marketing emails, we’ll send those too — every one includes an unsubscribe link.

Cards are handled by Square

Deposits and event payments are processed by Square. Your card number goes directly to Square and never touches our servers — we only keep a reference token. If you choose to save a card on file for event billing, that happens with your consent and you can ask us to remove it at any time. Square’s own privacy policy applies to the data they process.

Marketing and opting out

Transactional email (confirmations, proposals, agreements, receipts) comes from cheers@dramanddraught.com. Marketing email only goes to people who signed up for it. Unsubscribe links are in every marketing message, or just reply and tell us to stop — a human reads those.

Standard web stuff

Our servers keep standard access logs, and we use basic analytics to understand which pages get visited so we can make the site better. We don’t run ad trackers, and we don’t build advertising profiles on you.

We don’t sell your data

We share information only with the service providers that make the site and our events run — payment processing (Square), email delivery (Google Workspace), and hosting. They get only what they need to do their job. We never sell or rent your personal information, period. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and event records as long as we have a business reason to — past events help us host you better next time, and signed agreements and payment records are kept as required for tax and accounting. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.

Questions, corrections, deletions

Want to see what we have, fix something, remove a saved card, or have your information deleted? Email cheers@dramanddraught.com and we’ll take care of it. This policy may change as the business does; when it changes, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
